  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

2. Is parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking is available on our private covered driveway. We also have an electric vehicle charging station.

3. Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow animals at this property. Exceptions are made for service animals—please contact us directly.

4. Is the property suitable for children?
Absolutely! The property is family-friendly and includes child-friendly amenities such as a highchair and travel crib upon request. One bedroom features children’s bunk beds. The pool area is fully gated and meets safety standards.

5. Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

6. What is the cancellation policy?
Guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable. For more flexible options, please contact us before booking.

7. Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, fresh bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided for all guests.

8. Is smoking allowed?
No, the property is strictly non-smoking.

9. What kitchen amenities are included?
The kitchen is fully equipped with:

We are located:

  • 2–5 minutes from the beach

  • 15 minutes from the ferry terminal and Arcadia/Nelly Bay

11. Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes, a one-time cleaning fee is included in the total booking price.

12. How do I check in?
We offer self-check-in via a secure key lockbox. Full instructions are provided 48 hours before arrival.

13. What if I need assistance during my stay?
We’re just a call or message away. Support for emergencies and general inquiries is available throughout your stay.

12. Are there doctors and emergency services nearby?
Yes. Magnetic Island has medical services including a local general practitioner clinic, medical centre and a pharmacy. For emergencies, the nearest hospital is in Townsville, accessible via a 15-minute ferry ride from Nelly Bay. Emergency services including ambulance, fire, and police are available on the island.

13. Is aircon available

Yes there is aircon in all bedrooms and living areas.

1. What is the maximum occupancy of the holiday house?
The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families and groups.

2. Is the house wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the entire house is wheelchair accessible, featuring step-free entry, wide doorways, and open-plan living areas.

3.Are there accessible bedrooms?
Yes. There are spacious, accessible bedrooms with low-level switches, easy-access storage, and enough space to manoeuvre a wheelchair or mobility aid.

4. Are the bathrooms adapted for guests with mobility issues?
Yes, the accessible bathroom includes:

  • Flat-floored shower
  • Grab rails near the toilet and shower
  • Raised toilet seat 
  • Non-slip flooring
  • Lever taps and easy-grip fixtures
  • Vanity at wheelchair-accessible height
  • Available on request: Shower chair & Over-toilet frame

5. Is there accessible parking?
Yes, a designated accessible parking space is available with direct, level access to the entrance.

6. Are the pathways and entrances level and step-free?
Yes, all main entrances and outdoor pathways are step-free and wide enough for wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers. The front door features a low-threshold entry.

7. Can carers or support persons stay?
Absolutely. The house comfortably accommodates carers or companions. We can also recommend local support services if needed.

8. Is this property suitable for high-needs (e.g., hoists available)?
Hoists are not set up in the house therefore needs with this requirements are unfortunately not met at this property. Please contact us directly and complete our accessibility form so we can assist you.

9. Is the pool accessible

The pool features one rail on the nearby pergola to aid with access into the pool, however there are no rails in the pool.
